UP on the Roof
314 S McDuffie St
Anderson, SC 29624
UP on the Roof is a rooftop restaurant and bar that has three different locations (Anderson (SC), Greenville (SC), and Alpharetta (GA)), open daily. Their Anderson location, which this description will be focused on, is relatively new, recently going on one month of business. The atmosphere of UP is described by Macy Taylor, the general manager, as “laid-back and fun.” UP’s laid-back and fun atmosphere and stylish indoor or outdoor seating options allow customers to enjoy a night out with friends, a romantic evening, or even just some relaxing time by their fireplace to themselves. The drink menu has a wide spread of alcohol, including hand-crafted cocktails, beers, and wines. Their website also offers seasonal menus for dine-in, brunch, and desserts specific to the Anderson location.
As for customers’ pets, UP’s outdoor seating area is available for leashed pets to relax and enjoy the views. Upon arrival, furry friends are guaranteed water and a good time hanging out with their owners! According to Taylor, the pets’ presence fits perfectly with the laid-back atmosphere and allows customers to have relaxed fun with their pets. There is a pet policy on their website that customers should check out!
