April has been a dedicated member of the Dorchester Paws staff for over 5 years, and with a proven track record of leadership and a deep passion for animal welfare, she is poised to lead our organization into a bright and promising future.
Her leadership skills, dedication, and vision for our shelter align perfectly with our mission of ending unnecessary euthanasia and championing responsible pet ownership.
Dorchester Paws has been a cornerstone of our community for 51 years as the only open admissions shelter. We are confident that with April Howard’s leadership and vision, our shelter will continue to flourish and expand its reach as a resource for the community and a haven for the lost, abandoned, and homeless animals of Dorchester County.
