Meet Biscuit! Biscuit is hanging out in a foster home, and his fosters LOVE him. Biscuit is a staff AND volunteer favorite. He is the happiest boy. As you can see, this boy is the SMARTEST. His foster said that Biscuit loves to spend time outside. He will become your best friend. He loves to snuggle up on the couch… or the bed. Biscuit is house-trained and does great in the car.
