Sue Finkle
Originally from New Jersey, Sue arrived in Savannah in 1997 as a Marine Biologist, and ultimately became part of the husbandry department at the University of Georgia Aquarium on Skidaway Island. In the early 2000’s, Sue began her journey with Reiki and Yoga. She ultimately received her Master Level in Reiki, and became a Certified Yoga Instructor who teaches in studio as well as hosts Beach Yoga classes at sunset.
Combining her love of nature and meditation, Sue spends her days off on her paddleboard in the marsh, soaking in all the beauty that Nature is always willing to share. She is quick to catch the beauty she sees on film and she feels honored to spend her time this way.
Sue’s mission is to empower students of all levels and ages with practical stress reduction tools. She guides students to increase awareness of body, mind, and spirit, and encourages a practice of self compassion. Sue cultivates a vibrant but peace-filled, non-competitive and non-judgmental, learning and practicing environment.
